The inspiration to open Bella Ciao Bakery & Café was born during an evening stroll along the banks of the River Tiber (Fiume Tevere) in Rome. For just €4, two people could share a delightful coffee or a freshly baked treat in the warmth of a charming street café overlooking the riverside. The variety was endless—savory and sweet creations alike—each bursting with color, texture, and unforgettable flavor.

Later, in Istanbul, I discovered another world of taste, where European baking traditions intertwined with rich Ottoman recipes, giving rise to bold and intriguing flavors. These experiences deepened my passion and ignited my vision. As a devoted baker, I traveled to Turkey, France, and Italy, learning from both master chefs and street artisans, each encounter adding new layers to my craft.

Today, with the support of a talented team of chefs, Bella Ciao Bakery & Café brings this fusion of traditions and cultures to life—crafted with care, made affordable for all, and designed to leave every guest with both a smile and a memorable bite.
